Yes - our AI-powered system was specifically designed to handle multiple incoming calls concurrently, ensuring no customer waits on hold. The number of supported simultaneous calls depends on your subscription plan, starting at two concurrent calls.

Call Flows AI's Shopify app is fully integrated with Shopify's subscription billing. All transactions are processed by Shopify using the payment method you select during subscription (including bank transfer, where available). Both the monthly fee and any overages are handled under the same subscription and charged by Shopify.

The AI agent can speak a wide variety of languages. We currently operate in several countries and can guarantee near-perfect voice quality. This enables you to provide localized customer support globally. Moreover, the AI adapts to the language being spoken and attempts to respond in the same language.

If your AI phone agent is unable to resolve an issue, the call is seamlessly forwarded to a human representative, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Setup typically takes less than 15 minutes, with no technical expertise required - just install our Shopify app on your store and follow the onboarding instructions to create your AI phone agent.

Absolutely! Whether you already have a support number or not, when you create an AI phone agent via the app, we automatically assign you a dedicated phone number from the country you select. Once you enable your free trial, you can immediately call that number to test your AI agent. You can choose to publish the provided number or forward your existing support line to it. Yes! It's your decision how customers reach you. If you are a well-established store and your customers already know your number, you may prefer to keep it and make the switch to Call Flows AI transparent. Simply forward your original number to the one assigned to your AI agent. Forwarding locally (e.g., US to US, Mexican to Mexican, or EU to EU) typically incurs no or minimal cost - check with your telecom operator for details. Alternatively, you can add the AI agent's number as a second contact option in your store for specific inquiries. The choice is yours!

Currently, only incoming calls are supported. Your AI phone agent cannot originate calls to customers, but we are considering adding this functionality in the future. If you have a specific need or use case, please reach out to us at contact@callflows.ai or via our contact page.

You have full control over your AI agent's behavior and the information it provides. When creating or editing your agent, you can specify in plain text what is and isn't part of its functionality. Configuration fields include goal settings, topics to avoid, and additional information to share. Regardless of your subscription plan, you can edit your agent unlimited times to tailor it to your needs.
